Enable Electronic Payment and Filing of Taxes

Through your Monchilla account, you can pay your taxes and file your reports with the government.

Electronic File Enrollment

Once you are enrolled you can submit your tax reports with a single click. To enroll:

  1. If you don't already have a Federal EIN number for your business, request one from the IRS.

  2. Under the Payroll tab, click E-File.


  3. On the E-File page, click Skip this Step.


  4. Verify your information and click Next.


  5. Verify your information and click Next again.


  6. Verify all the summarized information and click Enroll in E-file Program.

You've successfully enrolled in the E-File program. You will get an email confirming your enrollment from the IRS within a day or two.

Electronic Payment Enrollment

Once you are enrolled you can make your tax payments with a single click. To enroll:

  1. Under the Payroll tab, click E-Pay.


  2. Verify your information, then click Enroll.

You've successfully enrolled with EFTPS. You will get an email confirming your enrollment from the IRS within a day or two.
