Print Paychecks

You can easily print single or multiple paychecks for your employees.

Print Single Paycheck

  1. Under the Payroll tab, click Paychecks. The Paychecks page opens.
    Note: If you don't see paychecks you need to Create Employees or Assign an Hourly Employee to a Project.

  2. Select the paycheck you want to print and click Edit Item. The Paycheck window opens.

  3. Update the hours worked if necessary and notice that the taxes are updated immediately. Change the Status from Expected to Paid.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the Print button. 

    The Format Options window opens. 

  5. Select the paycheck format you use and click OK.

  6. The Paycheck Preview window opens. If the information is correct, click Print.

The paycheck is downloaded to your computer and is ready to send to the printer.

Print Multiple Paychecks

Note: If you need to change the hours worked on employee paychecks, do that before proceeding. Open each check, update the employee hours, and click Save

  1. Under the Payroll tab, click Paychecks. The Paychecks page opens.

  2. Click Payment. The Paycheck Selector window opens.

  3. Select the paychecks you want to print by checking the Select box. Then click Mark Confirmed, wait for the paychecks to disappear, and click Next.

  4. On the next screen, select the paychecks you want to print by checking the Select box. Then click Print Paycheck. 


  5. The Paycheck Options screen opens. Select the paycheck format you use and click OK. After a moment the Paycheck Preview window opens. 

  6. If everything looks correct click Print.

Your paychecks are downloaded to your computer and ready to send to the printer.
