Email an Invoice


To email an invoice to a customer:

  1. Under the Income tab, click Income.

  2. Click Invoice. The Invoice window opens.

  3. Click Send to send the invoice to the customer through email.

  4. Select Invoice or Estimate and click OK.

  5. A preview of the invoice is displayed. Review it for accuracy, then click Send. The email screen opens.

  6. The email is created for you based on the customer profile. Edit fields as needed and click Send.

  7. Your invoice has been emailed to your customer. Click Save to close the invoice.
